The Craigmyle has NO ELEVATORS. We CANNOT accommodate those traveling with mobility restrictions including going up flights of stairs.

 

CHECK IN TIME & POLICIES

 

At The Craigmyle, we wish to offer a convenient check-in. 

 

Check-In: 3 -6 PM with concierge. After the hours of 6PM, guests may utilize our self check-in process.

Check-Out: 11am.

 

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY
 

Guarantee Policy:
In order to guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card and first night’s deposit will be taken 2 days prior to arrival. 

 

The Craigmyle has a 2-day cancellation policy: 

All reservations are final within 2 days of arrival and any changes or cancellations therein will result in full stay costs. First night stay will be charged 2 days prior to arrival and balance will be processed on arrival date on credit card used for reservation.

 

GENERAL POLICIES

 

Pets:

Pets are not allowed at the Craigmyle.

 

Smoking:

No Smoking allowed, this is a 100% smoke free property - $250 recovery fee applies

 

Children and extra beds:
Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Children must be supervised and well behaved at all times.

 

Housekeeping:
There is no daily housekeeping. We are committed to do our share to protect the environment and have adopted a linen reuse program in all guest rooms. Fresh towels provided by hanging linen bag outside your room door or by helping yourself to stock located in our laundry room.

 

Cards accepted at this property:
Visa and Mastercard and AMEX. We do charge for the first night 2 days prior to arrival date. Please note that we do not accept debit cards. If a payment is declined, the innkeeper will attempt to reach you for a new card to put on file. If within 24 hours a new and valid payment option is not provided, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

 

Important Information:
You may be asked to show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

PRIVACY POLICY

 

A door code is provided to registered guests only. No staff will provide access to unregistered guests. The Craigmyle values your privacy. We want you to be confident in using this site to make your online reservations at our hotel in Victoria, BC. We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information, and we have no desire or intent to infringe on your privacy.

 

We will not provide your personal information to anyone else. When you provide your personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number, we will not give or sell this information to any outside company for any use. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used only to support your customer relationship with us. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information we have collected from you on our site.
